Return, Refund & Revocation Policy – Dessi Dukaan
1. Scope & Consumer Definition
This policy applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities.
2. Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The revocation period begins from the day you or a nominated third party takes possession of the goods.
3. Exercise of Revocation
To exercise your revocation right, inform Dessi Dukaan via a clear declaration (email or letter). Email: info@dessidukaan.com. Sending the notification before expiry of 14 days is sufficient.
4. Consequences of Revocation
All payments including standard delivery costs will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Refund may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
5. Return of Goods
Products must be returned within 14 days of revocation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (max EUR 9.99). Trackable shipping is recommended.
6. Return & Refund Conditions
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfit products if reported within 14 days of delivery and returned within 7 days of initiating the return.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 8–10 working days after inspection. Delays by banks or card issuers may apply.
8. Exchanges
Approved exchange requests will be issued as discount coupons for future purchases.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, sale items, customized products, sealed hygiene items, alcohol with fluctuating value, newspapers, and SAVE FOOD items are excluded from returns.
10. Mango & Perishable Item Policy
Complaints for mangoes and similar perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements are possible afterward.
11. Depreciation
Customers are responsible for depreciation only if caused by unnecessary handling.
